Key Responsibilities

• Review and interpret patient records to determine medical necessity and appropriateness of care
• Process consultant decisions and ensure detailed documentation of any denial reasons
• Assess daily workload and adjust schedules to meet departmental demands

Required Qualifications

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
• Master's degree from an accredited behavior analysis program
• 3+ years of recent clinical experience in the behavior analysis field
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Medical record abstracting skills
