Credentialing Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Credentialing Associate responsible for ensuring healthcare providers are properly enrolled with insurance companies and other payers.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure all necessary documents are submitted to payors and are current for enrollment and revalidation
• Act as the point of contact for resolving enrollment issues with payors
• Monitor and track revalidation deadlines to ensure timely re-enrollment

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 1-3 years experience in credentialing and payor enrollment
• Knowledge of State Medicaid, Medicare, and commercial health plans
• Familiarity with the PECOS system
• Experience with major payors like UnitedHealthcare, Aetna, and Cigna
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills
