Licensed Telehealth Geriatrician

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Telehealth Geriatrician (Part-Time Contractor).

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct remote diagnostic and consultative evaluations for older adults with suspected or diagnosed dementia
• Provide consultative evaluations on complex dementia care cases and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards of practice across states

Required Qualifications

• MD or DO with board certification in Geriatrics and significant geriatric experience
• Unrestricted medical licensure with willingness to extend licensure to all states where care is provided
• Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience caring for older adults, preferably with a focus on dementia care
• Experience providing telemedicine-based care or conducting remote consults
• Prior experience working in value-based care, risk contracts, or managed care models
