A company is looking for a Salesforce Business Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a liaison between program and IT teams to ensure seamless process workflows
- Conduct complex analyses and lead meetings for requirements gathering and improvement planning
- Manage program data, including variance analysis and reconciliations, while tracking project progress and reporting status to stakeholders
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of relevant experience, with at least 4 years in an Analyst role
- 2+ years of data analysis experience, including data mapping
- 1+ years of experience creating reports in Salesforce
- Advanced experience with Excel, including XLOOKUP and Power Query
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and flexibility to work off-schedule hours as needed
