Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Salesforce Scrum Master to support federal civilian agencies.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead sprint ceremonies and manage scrum processes for technical teams
• Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize and plan sprints and releases
• Utilize Agile data and metrics to track progress and report on sprint activities

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master for large government contracts
• Advanced experience leading multiple Scrum teams in various contexts
• Active SAFe Scrum Master or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification
• Advanced hands-on experience using JIRA and Confluence
• Candidate must be able to obtain Public Trust clearance and have lived in the U.S. for at least three of the last five years
