Senior Clinical Case Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an International Senior Clinical Case Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage complex cases from initiation through resolution, providing expert clinical consultation and supervision
• Monitor data quality across clinical metrics and ensure high levels of service satisfaction
• Facilitate referrals and contribute to the development of training materials for affiliate counselors

Required Qualifications

• Master's qualification as a Psychologist or Social Worker
• Active and unrestricted registration/licensure with a relevant clinical body
• Minimum of 8+ years of experience in a clinical setting with complex case management
• Extensive experience in Employee Assistance Programs (EAP) or workplace mental health preferred
• Experience working internationally and navigating diverse healthcare systems is highly preferred
