Job Summary

A company is looking for a Workday Financial Lead Consultant to join their healthcare client's team for a full-platform Workday implementation.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the functional lead for the Workday Financials workstream, ensuring alignment with business needs and project goals
• Drive requirements gathering, solution design, and configuration for key Financials modules
• Act as the primary liaison between the client and implementation partner for Financials-related matters

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of Workday Financials experience, including full lifecycle implementation leadership
• Strong knowledge of multiple Workday Financials modules within a complex industry environment
• Proven ability to lead workstreams and manage stakeholders
• Workday certification in Financials is highly preferred
