Texas Licensed Due Diligence Investigator

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Pre-Approval Customer Due Diligence Investigator 1.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct research and analysis of restricted customers and prospective customers
• Review customer transactional activity to assess risk tolerance
• Perform enhanced due diligence on high-risk individuals and businesses

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma required
• 1 or more years of investigative experience in Enhanced Due Diligence or Customer Risk Management
• In lieu of EDD experience, 2 or more years of investigative experience in AML/BSA
• Understanding of federal regulations such as the USA PATRIOT Act and Bank Secrecy Act
• Knowledge of BSA and AML required, with working experience preferred
