Job Summary
A company is looking for a Technical Consultant II to join their HR IT department.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with HR Product Owner and IT Technical team to address complex business and technical issues related to Workday Timekeeping, Absence, and Scheduling
- Integrate customer and industry research into product priorities and requirements
- Design, build, and assess solutions while troubleshooting issues with minimal supervision
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related fields
- 8+ years of IT experience with a focus on various areas
- 5 years of experience in Global Workday HR implementation projects
- 3 years of experience in Workday US Payroll
- Experience with at least one end-to-end Workday Timekeeping, Absence, and Scheduling deployment
