Technical Consultant II

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Consultant II to join their HR IT department.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with HR Product Owner and IT Technical team to address complex business and technical issues related to Workday Timekeeping, Absence, and Scheduling
• Integrate customer and industry research into product priorities and requirements
• Design, build, and assess solutions while troubleshooting issues with minimal supervision

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related fields
• 8+ years of IT experience with a focus on various areas
• 5 years of experience in Global Workday HR implementation projects
• 3 years of experience in Workday US Payroll
• Experience with at least one end-to-end Workday Timekeeping, Absence, and Scheduling deployment
