Business Analyst III

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Analyst III to leverage insurance expertise in client engagements and solution implementation.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a subject matter expert in insurance processes, particularly claims administration and policy lifecycle
• Lead business analysis efforts and map complex data transformations between legacy systems and the Spear platform
• Collaborate with clients to gather requirements, validate system behavior, and support implementation efforts

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in business analysis focused on insurance software systems
• Proven experience with insurance data structures and data mapping from source systems
• Hands-on experience with insurance core systems, preferably in workers' compensation or property & casualty
• Knowledge of regulatory and compliance standards within the insurance domain
• BS in Business, Information Systems, Mathematics, or related field preferred
