Implementation Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Implementation Consultant specializing in Building Information Management, Building Automation, and Building Controls.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate customer data sets into accurate and scalable virtual models for simulations and analyses
• Build strong relationships with customers to ensure they realize the value of the company's features
• Update and maintain the digital twin to reflect real-time changes in physical assets

Required Qualifications

• 1-5 years of related experience in project/program coordination, preferably in a SaaS or technology-enabled services business
• Experience in IT/OT/IoT and understanding of API integrations
• Experience in Customer Management
• Experience in Mechanical/HVAC Engineering Consulting, Building Automation Systems, or Building Information Management is a plus
• A strong problem-solving mindset with a passion for life-long learning
