Implementation Project Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Implementation Project Consultant.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead new client implementations from scoping to deployment, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience
• Coordinate with various teams to ensure effective integration workflows and timely onboarding documentation
• Monitor project status, maintain project plans, and communicate progress to clients and internal teams

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent work experience
• 3-6 years of experience in client services, account management, or technical project management
• 3+ years in a client-facing role
• Intermediate proficiency with MS Office Suite and Adobe
• Project management experience or certifications (e.g., CAPM, PMP) are preferred
