A company is looking for an Implementation Project Consultant.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead new client implementations from scoping to deployment, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience
- Coordinate with various teams to ensure effective integration workflows and timely onboarding documentation
- Monitor project status, maintain project plans, and communicate progress to clients and internal teams
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent work experience
- 3-6 years of experience in client services, account management, or technical project management
- 3+ years in a client-facing role
- Intermediate proficiency with MS Office Suite and Adobe
- Project management experience or certifications (e.g., CAPM, PMP) are preferred
