Payments and Fraud Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Payments and Fraud Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and process player withdrawals across various payment platforms
• Monitor cash balances and ensure timely reconciliation of payment accounts
• Investigate payment-related issues and respond to chargeback cases

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in payments and/or fraud operations, preferably in a regulated gaming environment
• Familiarity with DFS or regulated iGaming environments, including KYC and AML procedures
• Strong knowledge of payment processes and platforms
• Experience in managing vendor relationships
• Willingness to work nights and weekends for urgent matters
