Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Implementation Manager to oversee customer deployments and technical implementations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end technical implementations of CodeScan for enterprise customers
• Manage multiple customer implementation projects simultaneously and ensure timely delivery
• Serve as the subject matter expert on CodeScan features and provide technical guidance to customers

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience with Salesforce platform and development tools
• Project management experience, preferably in technical implementations
• Proficiency in CI/CD tools and DevOps practices
• Understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies
• Experience with API integrations and web services
