EPIC Certified Business Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Revenue Business Solutions Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Support all facets of Epic Hospital Billing, including system implementations and enhancements
• Address and resolve ServiceNow tickets
• Lead and participate in projects related to billing workflows and collaborate with operations to optimize system performance

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field, specialized training, or equivalent work experience
• Two (2) years of relevant technical or business work experience
• EPIC certification is highly preferred
