ServiceNow Business Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a ServiceNow Business Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Support existing ServiceNow implementations focused on Operations and Support (O&S)
• Implement minor enhancements and expansions for ServiceNow applications
• Work with Service Portfolio Management (SPM) and IT Operations Management (ITOM) applications

Required Qualifications

• Experience with ServiceNow platform
• Knowledge of Service Portfolio Management (SPM) and IT Operations Management (ITOM)
• Familiarity with IT Asset Management (ITAM) is preferred
• Ability to work in a remote environment
• Experience in business analysis or related field
