A company is looking for a ServiceNow Business Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
- Support existing ServiceNow implementations focused on Operations and Support (O&S)
- Implement minor enhancements and expansions for ServiceNow applications
- Work with Service Portfolio Management (SPM) and IT Operations Management (ITOM) applications
Required Qualifications
- Experience with ServiceNow platform
- Knowledge of Service Portfolio Management (SPM) and IT Operations Management (ITOM)
- Familiarity with IT Asset Management (ITAM) is preferred
- Ability to work in a remote environment
- Experience in business analysis or related field
