PeopleSoft Business Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a PeopleSoft Business Analyst (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and document functional requirements and create design specifications
• Develop and execute test scenarios while reviewing results
• Lead knowledge transfer sessions to ensure alignment with operational needs

Required Qualifications

• Six or more years of business analysis experience in a PeopleSoft environment
• Six or more years of experience in reading and creating SQLs
• Six or more years of understanding PeopleSoft architecture and table structures
• Four or more years of experience in PeopleSoft modules: IH, CRM, HCM, and FIN
• Experience facilitating requirements and design sessions with end users
