Industrial IoT Business Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Industrial IoT Business Analyst to implement IoT manufacturing strategies and integrate advanced manufacturing equipment with enterprise systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze requirements from stakeholders and translate them into technical specifications
• Serve as the primary Business Analyst for the implementation of an Enterprise IoT platform
• Provide operational support and troubleshoot issues related to IoT data integration with enterprise systems

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field (e.g., Computer Science, Industrial Engineering)
• 6+ years of experience in industrial automation or manufacturing operations, focusing on IoT
• Strong understanding of industrial communication protocols (e.g., OPC UA, MQTT)
• Familiarity with IoT platforms and data analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
• Experience with business process modeling and improvement methodologies
