California Licensed Senior Pre-Construction Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Pre-Construction Associate specializing in Battery Energy Storage and Renewable Energy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and assist in budget formation for mid-to-large scale BESS and/or solar projects
• Coordinate engineering design reviews and oversee the preparation and submission of permitting applications
• Lead meetings with EPC contractors and maintain effective communication with internal project teams and stakeholders

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, project or construction management, environmental science, or a related field
• 3 to 5 years of experience as a project manager or project engineer in the renewable energy sector
• Professional Engineer (P.Eng, PE) and/or Project Management Professional (PMP) designations are considered an asset
• Proven track record of managing utility-scale projects, preferably in BESS and Solar
• Strong knowledge of project management software such as MS Project, P6, or Primavera
