Embedded Software Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Embedded Software Engineer for a 6+ month contract position.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the full lifecycle development of embedded real-time safety-critical navigational software
• Define and design sensor management and navigational features
• Conduct unit testing and coordinate external verification and validation activities

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or Physics
• 7+ years of experience in software engineering using C/C++
• Experience with various software development lifecycles (waterfall, Agile)
• Knowledge of software configuration management practices, including GIT and Jira
• Experience in mission-critical software development environments
