Job Summary

A company is looking for an Engineering Manager to lead and grow its engineering team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruit, mentor, and develop engineers while fostering collaboration and continuous learning
• Set technical vision and ensure best practices in scalability, performance, and security
• Drive execution of key initiatives from conception through delivery, aligning with strategic goals

Required Qualifications:

• 12+ years in software engineering, with at least 3+ years in a leadership role
• Strong foundation in software engineering and proficiency in Python
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Passion for healthcare innovation and technology
• Experience with Agile practices, test-driven development, and continuous integration/deployment
