Licensed Industrial Power Systems Inspector

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Industrial Power Systems Inspector to perform evaluations of electrical infrastructure in various facilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct inspections and assessments of industrial power systems, ensuring compliance with relevant standards
• Perform safety evaluations, including arc flash assessments and compliance inspections
• Deliver detailed reports on findings, deficiencies, and recommended corrective actions

Qualifications

• Licensed Master Electrician or Journeyman preferred; Electrical Engineering degree with 2-3 years of experience also considered
• 5+ years of experience in industrial or commercial electrical power systems
• Military electrical background in power distribution or electrical safety programs is desirable
• NFPA Certified Electrical Inspector (CEI) is highly desirable
• Strong knowledge of NFPA, NEC, OSHA, and IEEE compliance standards
