Job Summary

A company is looking for an Engineering Manager to lead their engineering team focused on wildfire detection and intelligence.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of engineers, ensuring their success from concept to execution
• Drive projects from planning through to delivery, managing timelines and resolving roadblocks
• Act as a technical guide and strategic partner, aligning engineering efforts with company goals

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of software engineering experience, with significant time in a senior role
• 3+ years of experience managing a software engineering team of 4 or more direct reports
• 3+ years of experience in a dynamic, early-stage startup environment
• Proven ability to operate within an enterprise SaaS or similar environment
• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
