AWS Amazon Connect Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal Operational Engineer - AWS & Amazon Connect.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of complex AWS architectures focused on Amazon Connect
• Establish best practices for cloud operations, security, and cost optimization
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineering teams

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• 8+ years of cloud engineering experience, with at least 5 focused on AWS
• Extensive expertise with AWS services (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, VPC)
• Strong hands-on experience with Amazon Connect and related services
• AWS Professional-level certifications (Solutions Architect, DevOps Engineer, or similar)
