Job Summary

A company is looking for a DevSecOps Program Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and champion the long-term vision and strategy for the DevSecOps program
• Design and manage automated security tools within the CI/CD pipeline
• Serve as the primary liaison between Development, Operations, and Security teams, fostering a security-aware culture

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 7+ years in software engineering, DevOps, or security engineering, with at least 3+ years in a leadership role
• Expert-level knowledge of CI/CD pipeline tools and experience with major cloud providers
• Strong automation skills using languages like Python, Go, or Shell
• Solid understanding of application security principles and common vulnerabilities
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
