• 8+ years in software engineering, with 3+ years in a leadership role
• Deep expertise in OCR, NLP, and LLMs
• Proven experience integrating IDP platforms into enterprise workflows
• Strong understanding of document formats and cloud-native architecture
• Experience with Python, Java, or Node.js
