Staff Infrastructure Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Infrastructure & Automation Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and operate cloud-based infrastructure with a focus on Infrastructure as Code and CI/CD methodologies
• Exert technical influence to improve the reliability and performance of products and systems
• Assist Product Engineering teams in building out infrastructure for prototypes and R&D efforts

Required Qualifications

• BA/BS in Computer Science or equivalent industry technical skills
• 5+ years of work experience in a SaaS production environment, ideally Enterprise
• Experience in building scalable platform software using Kubernetes, Docker, and other Cloud native technologies
• Strong experience using public cloud providers, preferably AWS
• Comfort with Linux system administration and scripting, e.g. Python, Shell
