Maintenance Technician Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for Maintenance Technicians and Maintenance Technician Leads for multiple openings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and repair electrical and mechanical systems (PLC, HMI, servo drives, robotics, pneumatics)
• Perform preventive maintenance, changeovers, setups, and adjustments
• Lead or support equipment qualifications, root cause analysis, and process improvements

Requirements:

• Industrial Maintenance degree/certificate or 3+ years manufacturing maintenance experience
• Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills
• Proficiency with schematics, flowcharts, and diagnostic tools
• Able to lift up to 100 lbs and work in a hands-on, physical role
• Computer skills (Microsoft applications)
