Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Solutions Engineer to serve as a trusted technical advisor for customers throughout their lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted technical advisor during implementation, disaster recovery planning, and failover testing
- Improve customer experience through onboarding meetings and account reviews by providing technical expertise
- Serve as the technical voice of the customer in the product engineering lifecycle, documenting product gaps and feature requests
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in a technical, customer-facing role
- Deep cloud expertise, including knowledge of deployment in AWS and Azure environments
- Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert or equivalent experience
- Working knowledge of Active Directory and Kubernetes/EKS
- Experience with cloud and hybrid networking technologies, including DNS and routing
