Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a diverse engineering team focused on image build tooling and infrastructure
• Oversee multiple projects, removing blockers and ensuring efficient team operations
• Set quality standards and drive improvements in test infrastructure and build systems

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience managing engineering teams in container technologies or cloud infrastructure
• Experience in building and scaling distributed systems and automation for container images
• Strong organizational skills and project management capabilities
• Ability to drive technical vision and cross-team collaboration
• Experience working with remote or distributed teams is a plus
