Job Summary
A company is looking for an Enterprise Application Engineer to support the Helix platform for internal and external customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot complex client applications and resolve technical issues escalated from support levels
- Support the implementations team with technical client setups and modify software as necessary
- Document product/application defects and serve as an escalation point for team members
Required Qualifications
- 2 years of related support experience
- Experience with enterprise/mid-sized software support or delivery
- Strong understanding of remote tools and networking
- Experience with Windows Server, IIS configuration, and service management
- Advanced database knowledge with MS SQL preferred
