Virginia Licensed Network Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Network Engineer to design, analyze, plan, modify, and maintain network components for data, voice, and audio communication activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal and external partners to ensure timely delivery of Engineering Service Requests
• Provide technical input and guidance on networking needs and integration of new products
• Document network architecture and integrate systems into the enterprise Configuration Management Database

Required Qualifications

• Secret Clearance required prior to start
• CISSP or CASP certification is required
• Cisco professional-level certification (CCNP) is required
• Working knowledge of network control, management, and security protocols
• Bachelor's degree with five years of experience, or a Master's with three years, or a PhD with no experience
