A company is looking for an Engineering Manager, Customer Communication Management to lead a team in developing customer communication services.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead technical direction while contributing code across .NET services and APIs
- Drive cloud-native designs and manage CI/CD pipelines and automated testing
- Coach and develop engineers, set goals, and manage incident response and analysis
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of engineering management experience
- Strong hands-on .NET development experience
- Cloud experience, specifically with AWS
- Experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Knowledge of observability and production support practices
