Senior Machine Learning Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Machine Learning Engineering Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead R&D in large language models, knowledge integration, and multimodal modeling
• Incubate and prototype high-impact innovation projects and build proof-of-concept systems
• Hire and inspire a team of ML engineers and applied scientists while fostering a collaborative culture

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in ML/AI, with at least 3+ years in managing ML or research teams
• Proven track record of delivering ML-powered products or prototypes in production environments
• Hands-on expertise in large language models, search/retrieval, embeddings, or NLP
• Experience leading applied research or innovation programs with measurable product impact
• Master's or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field preferred
