Senior AI Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. AI Engineer to design, develop, and deploy advanced artificial intelligence solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML models for enterprise-grade applications
• Build end-to-end ML pipelines, including training, evaluation, optimization, deployment, and monitoring
• Drive company-wide AI adoption by identifying high-impact use cases across P&C insurance functions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field (PhD preferred)
• 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, with a proven track record of building and deploying production-grade AI systems
• Expertise in Python and leading AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn
• Hands-on experience with MLOps platforms, including Kubeflow and Azure Machine Learning
• Proficiency in full-stack development, including web frameworks and cloud infrastructure deployment
