Mechanical Engineer for Sensor Systems

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Autonomous Vehicle Mechanical Engineer, Sensor Cleaning.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and integrate innovative sensor cleaning systems for autonomous vehicle sensors
• Contribute to mechanical design and packaging of vehicle components, ensuring manufacturability and durability
• Plan, develop, and execute reliability and performance tests for sensor cleaning systems

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in product development, focusing on mechatronics, fluid dynamics, or mechanical systems
• Proven experience in designing and validating complex mechanical or electromechanical systems
• Strong understanding of fluid dynamics and material science as applied to cleaning systems
• Proficiency in CAD software, with CATIA preferred
