Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in software engineering, computer science, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in back-end software development, preferably with Ruby on Rails
• 3+ years of experience in team management
• Extensive experience in developing and integrating large-scale web applications
• Familiarity with software engineering best practices and proficiency with AWS services is a plus
