Senior Distributed Systems Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Distributed Systems Engineer (DevOps).

Key Responsibilities

• Design infrastructure and automated systems to support distributed architecture
• Build and manage CI/CD pipelines to improve reliability and reduce lead time for changes
• Trace performance bottlenecks and collaborate with engineering teams to meet high SLO and SLA requirements

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of DevOps experience
• 5+ years of database administration experience (Postgres, MariaDB, MSSQL)
• 4+ years of experience orchestrating large-scale distributed microservice deployments on Kubernetes and EC2
• A degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent practical experience
• Demonstrable experience in infrastructure as code frameworks, particularly with Terraform
