Senior Product Security Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Product Security Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a senior advisor to Product and Engineering teams on secure design and implementation
• Lead complex security reviews for new products and features, identifying risks early
• Drive cross-functional security initiatives and mentor other engineers to enhance security posture

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in application or product security
• Strong software engineering skills in at least one modern programming language (e.g., Go, Python, JavaScript/TypeScript)
• Experience integrating security into the software development lifecycle
• Knowledge of common security issues in SaaS platforms and relevant security frameworks
• Experience securing cloud-native applications, particularly on AWS
