Required Qualifications

• Reside in the United States and eligible to work without H-1B visa sponsorship
• Minimum of 5 years of developer experience
• At least 1 year of leadership and/or management experience
• Experience in Ruby on Rails and React
• Willingness to travel four times a year for team connections
