Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and build the Applied AI Team, defining technical vision and success metrics
• Oversee end-to-end ownership of applied AI initiatives, including model development and MLOps
• Collaborate cross-functionally to identify high-impact opportunities and deliver production-grade ML systems

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience as a technical lead or manager on ML or Applied AI teams
• Proven experience shipping production ML models in customer-facing applications
• Strong engineering fundamentals and hands-on coding experience
• Familiarity with modern ML tooling and MLOps practices
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to develop technical strategies
