• Experience in designing and scaling CI/CD pipelines and implementing SLOs/SLIs
• Proven track record of mentoring engineers and facilitating their career advancement
• Strong emotional intelligence to effectively partner with leadership and manage stakeholder expectations
• Ability to architect processes that ensure reliability and quality within engineering teams
