Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager of Engineering to lead their team and oversee IT architecture and business needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement long-term architecture software strategies aligned with company objectives
• Manage staff performance and professional development through coaching and mentoring
• Ensure compliance with internal and external standards regarding information systems and networks

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• 4+ years of data engineering/IT/Project Management experience, with at least 2 years in a management role
• 2+ years of experience leading small to mid-size projects using Project Management methodologies
• 2+ years of hands-on experience in software development and database management
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
