Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. AI Transformation Architect to help implement their AI-First Roadmap by collaborating across departments and enabling AI adoption.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product, engineering, data, operations, and business leaders to create solutions aligned with the AI-First Roadmap
• Design and support the development of scalable, event-driven, and data-forward capabilities to enhance workflows
• Build AI literacy through workshops and training, empowering employees to adopt and apply AI confidently

Qualifications

• 5+ years in software, data, platform, or transformation roles with experience in APIs and enterprise AI tools
• Hands-on experience with AI technologies such as LLMs, agents, and workflow automation
• Collaborative and personable, with a history of enabling others and driving adoption
• Curiosity about emerging AI trends and ability to translate them into business value
• Bonus: Experience in client-facing roles or representing AI programs externally
