Licensed Microgrid Power Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Director of Microgrid Power Engineering.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and optimization of microgrid projects tailored to customer load profiles
• Oversee integration and functionality of Power Management Systems (PMS) and Energy Management Systems (EMS)
• Develop engineering guidelines and design standards for microgrid deployment

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of engineering experience in microgrids or distributed energy systems
• Demonstrated expertise in system sizing and technology optimization
• Strong experience with PMS/EMS platforms and microgrid operational strategy
• Technical background in Electrical, Mechanical, or Power Systems Engineering
• Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) or advanced engineering degree
