Pre-Construction Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Pre-Construction Associate - Battery Energy Storage / Renewable Energy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the development of project plans, schedules, and budgets for battery energy storage and solar projects
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies
• Oversee permitting applications and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, project or construction management, environmental science, or a related field
• 1 to 3 years of experience as a project manager or project engineer in the renewable energy sector
• Professional Engineer (P.Eng, PE) and/or Project Management Professional (PMP) designations are assets
• Experience with utility-scale projects, preferably in BESS and Solar
• Strong knowledge of MS Project, P6, or Primavera
