Forward Deployed Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Forward Deployed Engineer (US based).

Key Responsibilities

• Design observability solutions and work with customer engineering teams on OpenTelemetry instrumentation strategies
• Create technical documentation including integration guides and troubleshooting docs
• Contribute to customer codebases, debug issues, and ensure successful deployments

Required Qualifications

• 2-6 years of experience in technical roles such as DevOps, SRE, or Platform Engineering
• Background in DevOps/Platform engineering with knowledge of containerization and cloud platforms
• Strong programming skills in languages such as Go, Python, Node.js, and Java
• Excellent technical writing abilities for creating actionable documentation
• Understanding of complex distributed architectures and scalable monitoring strategies
