Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior BESS Controls Developer to join their team focused on energy management solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Architect, design, and develop Energy Management System (EMS) software for renewable energy assets
• Lead the EMS product development lifecycle and ensure compliance with industry standards
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and mentor junior engineers

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields
• 7-10+ years of EMS development experience in renewable energy or grid-tied systems
• Expertise in control algorithms and EMS software architecture
• Strong programming skills in Python, Java, or similar languages
• Experience with communication protocols and familiarity with SCADA systems
