Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior ServiceNow Security Operations Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and develop ServiceNow Security Incident Response (SIR) and Vulnerability Response (VR) features
• Provide advanced administration and operational support for Security Operations modules within ServiceNow
• Lead custom development and scripting to support Security Operations functionality and ensure platform stability

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of ServiceNow administration and development experience
• 5+ years of experience with ITSM frameworks and ITIL-aligned processes
• Relevant certifications such as ITIL Foundation and ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
• Experience with Security Incident Response and Vulnerability Response modules
• Proficient in building secure integrations using REST, SOAP, and other protocols
