Engineering Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Engineering Manager to manage engineering teams and support their growth while developing applications and tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure incremental value delivery and high-quality standards in collaboration with Product and Design teams
• Attract, onboard, and develop diverse talent through coaching and mentoring
• Maintain transparency and collaboration in an Agile/Scrum environment across development teams

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of experience in leading software development teams
• 5+ years of experience in scoping, building, and supporting web applications
• Proficient in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and modern front-end technologies such as React and NextJS
• Experience with server-side technologies like Java, C#, PHP, or Node, and integrating with RESTful APIs
• Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS and modern software engineering practices
